The Spec
To create new patio area to the main house and pool house and Resin bound surfacing was the go to choice for the beautiful project. To start of A full excavation was carried out throughout the area before a new permeable suds compliant type 3 mot and open textured tarmac base was installed with a lovely brindle border at the entrance a new planting beds and multiple steps to the top patio area.
The 885m of new patios were finished off with our UVR stable resin binder in a blend we call spring time, giving a superb finish.
